During regular business hours an assistant may be able to answer your questions. If you need the advice of a specialist, a doctor will receive your message and will return your call as soon as possible.
Phone calls received after hours on weekdays and on the weekend will be returned the following business day.

Appointments
Call us Monday-Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. at 407-644-1287 to make an appointment. If you must cancel, please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Hospitalized Patients
Here are some answers to common questions about your pet's hospitalization. For your pet's well being the hospital is staffed 24 hours a day.The front office is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and Saturday from 7:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
New Patients
New patients are generally scheduled between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Your veterinarian may make your first appointment for you if you wish. All patients are returned to their family veterinarians when their treatment at AVS is complete.
