Please call us at any time if you have questions about AVS or if you are concerned about your pet.

During regular business hours an assistant may be able to answer your questions. If you need the advice of a specialist, a doctor will receive your message and will return your call as soon as possible.

Phone calls received after hours on weekdays and on the weekend will be returned the following business day.

Preparing for a Visit

Appointments

Call us Mon-Fri between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. at 407-644-1287 to make an appointment. If you must cancel, please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Hospitalized Patients

Here are some answers to common questions about your pet's hospitalization. For your convenience and your pet's well being the hospital is staffed 24 hrs/day - Monday through Saturday at 1 P.M. The front office is open Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. and Saturday 7:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

New Patients

New patients are generally scheduled between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Your veterinarian may make your first appointment for you if you wish. Patients come to AVS by referral only and all return to their family veterinarians when their treatment at AVS is complete.
